As you may know, the portable solar products business, including all SUNLINQ and P3 products, was spun out of Global Solar Energy, Inc. to a new entity called the Solar Portables Business, Inc. (“SPB”, an Arizona Corporation) in July, 2013.
In April 2014, SPB was sold by its former owner, Mithril GmbH, to a group who have both the experience and passion to operate the business. The sale included the complete assets and operations necessary for the continued, uninterrupted production of portable products for commercial and military applications.
I am pleased to announce that I have joined the Solar Portables Business (dba P3Solar) full-time on October 13, 2014, as its President.
Also, we are planning to launch some exciting new products in Q1, 2015 and look forward to introducing these to our current channels and the market.
